Taxonomic remarks: A label in the jar containing the MZS-Myr-424 specimen vial attributes the identifications to Kraepelin. The misidentification of the specimen as S. viridis by Kraepelin is noticeable because he (Kraepelin, 1903) established the genus Hemiscolopendra. The MZS-Myr-424 specimen lacks tarsal spurs on all legs.
