Zusammenfassung: | The research on terrestrial arthropods in 2017 was similar to that in 2015. Two localities were surveyed. The first was bordering on the surrounding of the quarry; the other was in the middle of the quarry. As in the previous study, it was confirmed that a higher number of species (70) was recorded on the former locality than on the latter (50 species). The ration of ecologically significant species between the two types of localities was even higher: 14 species of spiders (+ two millipede and one centipede species) and three (!) spider species, respectively. It is therefore obvious that the localities in the quarry are not identical. Thus, each locality has to be dealt with individually, based on its position and ecological capacity. Technical reclamations should not be done at the species-rich places located at the margin of the quarry. |
