| Abstract: | Abstract: The centipede Rhysida longipes (Newport, 1845) is recorded for the first time as prey of the Tropical Home Gecko, Hemidactylus mabouia (Moreau de Jonès, 1818), on the basis of some body fragments of this myriapod found in a fecal pellet of the lizard in the urban area of San Antonio de los Baño, Artemisa Province, Cuba. This is the second known episode of Chilopoda predation by H. mabouia.
