| Abstract: | Résumé: Quatre espèces, dont trois nouvelles, et un nouveau genre de Glomeridesmida Latzel 1884, le second plus petit des ordres de Diplopodes Chilognathes, sont découvertes dans le département français de Guyane:
1) Glomeridesmoides n.g. termitophilus n.sp., petite espèce termitophile dépourvue de striation tergale, de pigmentation, de sacs coxaux apparents, avec des lames linguales au gnathochilarium, et dont les vulves des femelles n’ont pas d’ovipositeur, est de ce fait séparée dans un nouveau genre.
2) Glomeridesmus arcostriatus n.sp., la plus grande espèce du genre Glomeridesmus Gervais 1844, atteint 21 mm de long, et se distingue par ses stries tergales arquées en ogive.
3) Glomeridesmus kawmontis n.sp., de taille moyenne, présente une striation tergale banale, non arquée.
4) La présence de Glomeridesmus marmoreus (Pocock 1894a) en Guyane est suspectée, mais reste à confirmer.
Chez les deux premières espèces, où les deux sexes sont représentés, il y a, seulement chez les adultes, une dernière paire de pattes modifiée, nonlocomotrice, dont la fonction reste inconnue, mais dont la présence indique l’apparition de la maturité sexuelle. Parmi la vingtaine de spécimens microscopiques, immatures non identifiables provenant majoritairement de la parcelle expérimentale Arbocel de Sinnamary, se trouvent une seule larve hexapode et cinq décapodes, premiers stades de développement signalés pour la première fois chez les Glomeridesmida.
The first Glomeridesmida gathered in the french department of Guyane: new data on their ontogenesis and descriptions of new taxa: Glomeridesmoides n. g. and three new species , among which one termitophile (Diplopoda, Glomeridesmida)
Abstract: Four species (among which three are new) and a new genus of the Glomeridesmida Latzel 1884 (the second minor group in the orders of the Diplopoda Chilognatha) are gathered from the french department of Guyana:
1) Glomeridesmoides n.g. termitophilus n.sp., a small commensal species with no tergal striation, no pigmentation, no coxal bags, gnathochilarium with lingual plates, and whose vulves of females do not have ovipositors, is thus separated into a new genus Glomeridesmoides.
2) Glomeridesmus arcostriatus n.sp., the largest species of the genus Glomeridesmus Gervais 1844, reaches 21 mm in length and is distinguished by its arched tergal streaks.
3) Glomeridesmus kawmontis n.sp., medium size, has a banal, non-arcuate tergal striation.
4) The presence of Glomeridesmus marmoreus Pocock 1894a in french Guyane seems possible, but remains to be confirmed.
In the two species where both sexes are present, the existence of a last pair of non-ambulatory modified legs is observed only in the adults. Its function remains unknown but the presence of it seems to be related with the appearance of sexual maturity. Among the twenty microscopically sized specimens, unidentified, mostly from the Arbocel experimental plot of Sinnamary, there is a single hexapod larva and five decapods, first stages of development reported for the first time in Glomeridesmida.
