In this paper are summarized new data about the millipede fauna (Myriapoda, Diplopoda) in the Lower Posázaví region (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic). In total 1,605 specimens of millipedes belonging to 42 species were collected here during the years 1971–2014. Rare millipedes found here are represented by Trachysphaera costata, Listrocheiritium septentrionale, Cylindroiulus luridus and Pachypodoiulus eurypus. On the contrary, following species can be classified as very common: Proteroiulus fuscus, Glomeris hexasticha, Glomeris pustulata, Choneiulus palmatus and Ophiulus pilosus. Fundamental informations about single species are presented.
