Abstract: | The research on terrestrial arthropods in 2016 aimed to compare situation on the same localities after several years. At first, influence of an artificial pond was studied. Its creation seems to have a positive impact on invertebrates. The second explored locality was a steppe endangered by growing vegetation. Overgrown grass and bushes caused disappearing of species inhabiting open habitats. Further, shade-inhabiting species appeared (see Tab. 2). The last goal was a monitoring of a critically endangered wolf spider Pardosa wagleri. Its population is stabilised and not endangered unless current environmental conditions in the quarry change. |
